Join Uddingston Cricket & Sports Club as our new Club Manager

The Club Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management, development and commercial growth of Uddingston Cricket and Sports Club.

The role will provide leadership across the club’s operations, facilities, memberships, events, community programmes, partnerships and income-generating activities, ensuring the club remains financially sustainable while delivering a welcoming, high-quality environment for members, visitors and the wider community.

We are looking for a well-organised, proactive and adaptable individual who is comfortable multitasking, thinking on their feet, and working as part of a small, community-focused team.

Knowledge of sport is not essential. At its core, the Club is a fast-growing business with a wide range of stakeholders and a straightforward management structure.
