As the temperatures drop and the days get shorter, Uddingston Hockey Club is gearing up for the indoor season as our youth and performance programs head inside! Transitioning to an indoor environment not only keeps our members warm and protected from the unpredictable winter weather but also provides opportunities for skill development in a more controlled setting.
What to Expect This Season
Our Youth Indoor Hockey Programme for 2024 will be hosted at Hamilton College, located on Bothwell Road in Hamilton.
Our Performance Indoor Hockey Programme for 2024 will be hosted at the Glasgow School of Sport located on Gower Terrace in Bellahouston on Mondays, our 2s will be at Hamilton College on Wednesdays, and our 1s teams will be at Hamilton College on Thursdays
With sessions available for various age groups and skill levels, we’re looking forward to welcoming both seasoned players and newcomers to join us indoors. Our indoor program is designed to help youth and adult players alike to stay active, have fun, and continue developing their hockey skills.
For our younger players, it’s an excellent way to stay connected with teammates and enjoy a structured, social activity during the colder months.
