Partnerships for Excellence

University of Strathclyde & Uddingston Hockey Club

The University of Strathclyde and Uddingston Hockey Club have established a multi-year partnership to enhance the University’s existing Scholarship Programme, offering unprecedented opportunities for ambitious hockey players. Allan McGill, Hockey Club President:"For many years now, we have seen quality players leave Scotland in search of education and employment, which has only seen the quality of hockey in Scotland reduce. It is hoped that with this partnership, we can reverse this trend while also benefiting from high-level international student players, ultimately improving the overall level of hockey in Scotland."
