“We are excited to announce this incredible and groundbreaking partnership with Sporting Wellness, and excited to carry on building this relationship with them for the benefit of our members as this partnership continue to grow. This isn’t an accessible benefit solely for our performance players; this is something that all of our members over the age of 16 can access, which aligns with our priority of looking after the health and wellbeing of all of our members and offers a mental wellbeing support to our members that is genuinely next level.
Callum Lea, Founder and CEO of Sporting Wellness:
“This partnership, to the best of our knowledge, enables a community sports club to deliver private mental healthcare to its members for the very first time in the UK. We’re absolutely over the moon to be working with Uddingston HC and their proactiveness for creating access to mental health services is an example that I hope the rest of UK sport follows.”
